Clocks still need to be turned back in two weeks

The annual adjustment of clocks for the end of daylight saving time is set for Sunday, Nov. 5.

At the official hour of 2 a.m., clocks will be turned back one hour to 1 a.m., granting an additional hour to the day.

However, with this shift, many individuals working standard 9-to-5 jobs may find daylight hours limited during their workweek until the arrival of spring.

While there have been some legislative talks about ending the practice of changing clocks twice a year, nothing has been inked into law.
