The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Geneva man following a larceny complaint.
Miguel Marin Torres, 37, of Geneva was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny after a larceny complaint at Runnings in Hopewell.
He’s accused of concealing $1,500 worth of merchandise and leaving the store without paying.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
