The Battle of the Big Apple … uh, rather the Battle of the Meadowlands — will take place Sunday when the New York Giants and the New York Jets will face each other Sunday at 1 p.m. at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.
The Giants (2-5) beat Washington won last week to resurrect their season — at least for now — while the 3-3 Jets are coming off a bye.

Both teams are still in the playoff hunt, and that’s why tickets for Sunday’s game are hot items.
Even though both teams call MetLife home, it’s the Giants home game and many tickets sold on the secondary market are coming from existing Giants ticket holders.
