NEWBURGH – Due to a water main break Tuesday on Linden Drive, the Town has issued a precautionary boil water notice for residents on Linden Drive.
Officials recommend that all water used from this supply be rapidly boiled for at least two minutes prior to use for either drinking or food preparation purposes. An alternative is to use bottled water, certified for sale by the State Department of Health, they said.
You should continue this practice until you receive notification from the Town of Newburgh Water Department.
