Syracuse, N.Y. — The New Hartford marching band took third place in the Small School 1 group of the New York State Field Band Conference state show Sunday night.
The Spartans came in at 87.30, behind defending champion Mineola (93.5) and Roslyn (92.2). New Hartford’s score was a slight drop off from its marks the last two weeks of the regular season, 89.2 and 90.8, respectively.
Central Square took sixth at 87.30.
