Deputies arrested a Canandaigua resident following an investigation into a family incident.
On October 30 during the evening hours, Tori Jesmer, 43, of Canandaigua is said to have gotten into a physical disturbance with family members.
He’s accused of throwing things and putting kids in danger during the incident. He’s also accused of putting his hands around the victim’s neck with the intent to prevent them from breathing.
The whole incident unfolded in front of three kids.
He was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child.
