STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Perennially one of the go-to spots for Trick-or-Treaters on Staten Island, this year once again Harvest Avenue didn’t disappoint with hundreds of costumed kids and parents flocking to the tree-lined West Brighton street as it transformed into a Halloween haven of candy and decorations Tuesday afternoon.
