Cher is set to perform in this year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, before everyone’s favorite big guy makes his annual appearance, The Daily News is reporting.
This year’s parade will kick off 30 minutes earlier than usual, at 8:30 a.m., to accommodate a larger-than usual schedule of performers and celebrities, Macy’s announced Wednesday.
Cher will appear at the end of the Manhattan parade to entertain in-person and at-home audiences right before Santa Claus himself closes out the festivities, the report said.
The 77-year-old singer/actress recently released “Christmas,” her first album in five years.
