The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed the arrest of Emily J. Trahms, 33, following a reported domestic disturbance in the early hours of Sunday.
Deputies responded to a complaint at approximately 3:18 a.m. at a residence in the Town of Waterloo. It is alleged that Trahms made threats to kill another woman who currently holds a Class B Order of Protection against her.
Upon arrival, law enforcement took Trahms, who resides at 1269 Hecker Road, Waterloo, into custody without incident. She has been charged with second-degree Criminal Contempt for reportedly violating the terms of the protection order.
Following her arrest, Trahms was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where she was held to await arraignment.
