FALLSBURG- The Town of Fallsburg is taking significant steps to bolster fire safety and support its dedicated volunteer firefighters by announcing the installation of ten new fire hydrants each year throughout the town.ย The town is also looking into the installation of dry fire hydrants.ย In addition, the town has approved new false alarm laws aimed at curbing unnecessary disruptions and ensuring the availability of resources for genuine emergencies.ย
