The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rochester resident on felony charges after an investigation into a theft that happened at Ulta Beauty in Victor on June 15.

According to a news release, Jahmere Davis, 21, passed all points of sale with over $8,000 worth of merchandise, then fled the store before authorities arrived.

A warrant was issued for his arrest and eventually, last week, Irondequoit PD located him and took him into custody on unrelated charges.
