Large turnout reported as Democrats hold meet-and-greet in Seneca Falls

Dozens of residents gathered at the Gould Hotel for a meet and greet with Democratic candidates, signaling a surge of energy and momentum ahead of Tuesdayโ€™s elections.

The event, which featured candidates from Row โ€œAโ€ on the ballot, allowed for a lively exchange between the political hopefuls and constituents, spanning various age groups and backgrounds.

Town Board candidate Jackson Puylara remarked on the exceptional turnout, noting the positive atmosphere and the diverse crowdโ€™s engagement.

According to Puylara, the event reflected a shift in public sentiment, suggesting that the community is ready to embrace change. He emphasized that while there are numerous issues facing the town, he and his fellow candidates are attuned to the communityโ€™s broader concerns beyond the primary topics dominating public discourse.

Puylara seized the opportunity to encourage all voters to support Row โ€œAโ€ candidates in the election slated for November 7th. He reminded voters of their ability to cast their ballots early, underscoring the message, โ€œSay No, to the Status Quo. Vote for change.โ€

The meet and greet event at the Gould Hotel has evidently set the stage for a spirited election, with Democrats pushing for a fresh approach to governance in Seneca Falls.
