St. Lawrence County’s next sheriff celebrates in Lisbon

Sheriff candidate Rick Engle celebrates with Shawn McCargar, who he will name as Undersheriff when he takes office in January. Although Engle had not been officially named winner yet, he ran unopposed in the general election after winning a Republican Primary race against Undersheriff Sean O’Brien.
