Jamesville corrections officer charged with making terroristic threats against coworkers

Syracuse, N.Y. — A Jamesville Correctional Facility officer was charged Monday with making terroristic threats at work against his coworkers, deputies said.

Kristopher Stamm, 49, was charged with making a terroristic threat, second-degree criminal contempt, first-degree falsifying business records and criminal possession of a firearm, said Tom Newton, an Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson.

Stamm is a 14-year corrections officer, Newton said. He’s been suspended without pay for 30 days while an internal investigation plays out, he said.
