POUGHKEEPSIE – The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office has charged a man with violating an order of protection while incarcerated at the Dutchess County Jail.
Isaiah Walker, 38, of Yonkers, was arrested on November 21 for allegedly communicating with a protected person via phone calls.
Walker has been charged with aggravated family offense and criminal contempt.
He was processed and arraigned in Poughkeepsie City Court.
