The Auburn Police Department is asking people to avoid State Street between VanAnden and Wall streets in the city after a pair of overnight incidents that are under investigation.
Police responded to 149 State Street for a shooting at some point during the overnight or early-morning hours, at which point a second incident, reported as an assault occurred at the same place.
Harley’s Pub is located at 149 State Street.
