Deputies arrested a Geneva man following an investigation into prison contraband at the Ontario County Jail.
Chrishawn Howard, 32, was arrested around 1:10 p.m. after he was found to be in possession of a ceramic razor blade and synthetic cannabis.
Howard was charged with promoting prison contraband, as a felony.
He was arraigned and will answer the charge at a later date.
