HS Sports Notebook: St. Peter’s hockey lights the lamp, again and again; Sea athletes pitch in for a good cause

The St. Peter’s hockey team continues to light the lamp. The Eagles improved to 2-1 on Sunday with a 10-2 triumph over Holy Cross in CHSHL A action at the Abe Stark Sports Center.

Ryan Chekett and Michael Triano could not be stopped, as they collected four goals apiece and amassed three assists between them.

Giancarlo Sears and Nick Mangano added scores, while James Evans dished out a helper. Christian Smith earned the win and made 17 saves between the pipes.
