A Yates County man suffered a head injury after an apparent ATV accident late-Monday.
First responders say Matthew Kingston, 40, of Middlesex was thrown from an ATV and suffered a head injury.
The accident happened around 7 p.m. on Gilbert Street in the village of Rushville.
The Yates County Sheriff’s Office is leading the investigation.
First responders said Kingston was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment.
