The Buffalo Sabres made a trade Wednesday.
The club acquired forward Eric Robinson from the Columbus Blue Jackets in exchange for a conditional seventh-round pick (originally belonging to Nashville) in the 2025 NHL Draft.
To make room on the roster, forward Brandon Biro was sent back to the Rochester Americans.
Robinson, 28, has 82 points (38 goals, 44 assists) in 266 career NHL games over seven seasons with Columbus.
The Sabres, who have lost four straight, will return to action Thursday when they face the Bruins at 7 p.m. in Boston.
