Police arrested a Rushville man for aggravated DWI after an investigation in Waterloo.
On December 2 police arrested Andrew Bell, 28, of Rushville for DWI, aggravated DWI, failure to keep right, and possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
The charges stem from an investigation where Bell is said to have left a business in an intoxicated state; then was stopped a short time later for not keeping right.
He was released on appearance tickets to answer the charges in Waterloo Town Court.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, Seneca Falls Police Department, and North Seneca Ambulance assisted during the incident.
