Police: Driver left Waterloo business intoxicated, arrested for aggravated DWI

Police arrested a Rushville man for aggravated DWI after an investigation in Waterloo.

On December 2 police arrested Andrew Bell, 28, of Rushville for DWI, aggravated DWI, failure to keep right, and possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

The charges stem from an investigation where Bell is said to have left a business in an intoxicated state; then was stopped a short time later for not keeping right.

He was released on appearance tickets to answer the charges in Waterloo Town Court.

The Seneca County Sheriffโ€™s Office, Seneca Falls Police Department, and North Seneca Ambulance assisted during the incident.
