The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Phelps man following a hit-and-run crash on Castle Street in Geneva.
According to a news release, Jeffrey Barra, 58, was arrested for DWI on December 9 after failing field sobriety tests.
He was found to have a BAC of 0.16% after testing.
Deputies did not provide details about the hit-and-run accident.
