STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Following a smashing cookie success on the South Shore, another Crumbl will open on Staten Island. Owners Aimee and Robert Tarantino posted the official announcement sign last week.
Robert said, “We’re still waiting on some architecture plans to come through. And we’re waiting for the building’s C of O.”

After the New Year, the couple said to look for job postings on Indeed.com. The store can be found by its official name — Crumbl West Brighton — at 423 Forest Ave.
They say the store launch should be in late February or early March, ideally before the Forest Avenue St. Patrick’s Parade.

The Tarantinos are thrilled with business so far in the borough. They opened their first Crumbl at the South Shore Commons at 2955 Veterans Rd. West in late October.
Aimee reported, “We’re so happy with how things are going — with our staff, with the response from the community. We see a lot of regular customers. We’ve gotten some catering orders and people using cookies for favors.”
Robert added, “They’re individually wrapped so they’re ideal for school birthday parties.”

What’s been the most popular cookie creation so far among their Staten Island customers?
Aimee shared, “That’s hard. They change so often. Chocolate chip is a strong seller. Any of the birthday cake or confetti flavors are very popular.”
She said, “This week we have an chocolate crumb Oreo cookie that’s going to be huge.”
