STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A jackpot prize-winning TAKE 5 ticket worth more than $35,000 was sold on Staten Island.
New York Lottery officials announced that a jackpot prize ticket was sold for the Dec. 14 TAKE 5 evening drawing. It was sold at Victory Convenience LLC, located at 1720 Victory Blvd.
The prize is worth $35,399. The winning numbers for the Dec. 14 TAKE 5 evening drawing were 2, 4, 21, 30, 36.
TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39. To win the TAKE 5 jackpot, match the five numbers on your ticket to the winning five-number combination drawn. It costs $1 to play per game.
The drawing is broadcast on television twice daily at 2:30 and 10:30 p.m. TAKE 5 players with midday and evening draws on the same ticket must check their numbers at nylottery.ny.gov to determine if they have the winning numbers for the corresponding midday or evening drawing.
The odds of winning the TAKE 5 jackpot are 1 in 575,757.
A Lottery draw game prize of any amount may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
