The Syracuse Orange will take the field for the final time in 2023 when they face the South Florida Bulls in the Boca Raton Bowl on Thursday at 8 p.m.
Both the Orange and Bulls finished the regular season at 6-6 and earned bowl eligibility after winning their season finales on November 25.
Syracuse and South Florida will meet for the first time since 2016 and the 11th time overall, with the Bulls winning eight of the previous ten matchups. The last time the Orange beat South Florida was in 2012 when they picked up a 37-36 victory.
