LINCROFT, NJ — Staten Island-based East Coast Martial Arts brought home 11 medals from the New Jersey Taekwondo Open Championships held at Brookdale, Community College over the weekend.
Patricia Block-Sheehan took home three golds in the women’s 15-17-year-old black belt division for power breaking, board breaking and sparring. Anson Spoon notched a silver in board breaking and a bronze in forms in the 9-11-year-old boys’ green belt division.
