The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Canandaigua man following a larceny investigation at Walmart.
On December 24 around 3:53 p.m. deputies arrested James Murray, 33, for petit larceny after an investigation at the Walmart in Canandaigua.
Details of the theft were not released. However, deputies said Murray was charged with petit larceny and issued an appearance ticket without incident.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
