Education, labor relations, and employment law firm Ferrara Fiorenza PC announce three new partners in the firm, effective January 1, 2024.
David E. Tinker serves the firm’s clients primarily with respect to public school district business and contract matters, including offering clients comprehensive advice and counsel related to capital construction projects. He has years of prior legal and business experience, having held executive leadership positions in nonprofit healthcare organizations, academic medical centers at S.U.N.Y. Upstate Medical University, and with the Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Conn. He received his B.A. and J.D. from Georgetown University.
