STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The wait to purchase legal weed on Staten Island is almost over.
The borough’s first adult-use weed dispensary, The Flowery, will open its doors for the first time on Tuesday, Jan. 9, for a soft opening, according to owner Mohamed Elgaly.
