Waterloo Supervisor Mike Enslow unanimously re-elected chair of the Seneca County Board of Supervisors

Mike Enslow, a Republican who serves as at-large supervisor in Waterloo, was unanimously reelected as the chairman of the Seneca County Board of Supervisors this week.

The decision was made during the Board of Supervisors organizational meeting, where Enslow was elected for a two-year term, an extension from the previous one-year term structure. Heโ€™s served as chair for the last two years.

According to the Finger Lakes Times, Enslow expressed gratitude for the support from his family and colleagues, committing to continue his efforts in making Seneca County a better place. He acknowledged the challenges and achievements of the previous year and expressed optimism for further progress in 2024. Additionally, Enslow plans to review and potentially revise the board committee structure.

Regular county board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m. in the County Office Building in Waterloo, while standing committee meetings are held the fourth Tuesday at the same location.
