For the misdemeanors of second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree criminal trespass, he will serve 364 days in the Cayuga County Jail. A 15-day jail term was imposed for second-degree harassment, considered a violation. Finally, Lowe was sentenced to 1 1/3 to four years in prison for two counts of first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony. Notably, all these sentences will run concurrently.

This comprehensive sentencing reflects the severity of Loweโ€™s crimes, including sexual offenses and violations of personal safety and property. The concurrent sentences aim to ensure justice is served while also providing an opportunity for rehabilitation during and after his prison term.
