The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Painted Post man following a family trouble complaint at the county complex earlier this week.
Following an investigation, Eric Ross Spangenberg, 36, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief after an incident that occurred earlier this week at the county complex.
Deputies didn’t specify details of the incident.
However, he was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment after being taken into custody.
