The victim, 28, reported to police that he met a woman, who used the name Nana, on a dating app called ‘Instinct’ and that they met up outside the apartment building she claimed to live in on Fulton Street at around 2 p.m.
Following an invitation by the woman to come inside and smoke weed, the pair were lighting up on the third floor staircase when three men appeared demanding the victim hand over his personal belongings.
