Cops are looking to catch the crooks they say invaded a home in Bath Beach earlier this month, where they robbed the man inside and stabbed him in the leg.
Authorities say that at approximately 4:50 a.m. on Jan. 5, four unknown individuals entered a home near Bay 23rd Street and 86th Street, within the confines of the 62nd Precinct, by climbing into the second-story window. Once inside, cops say, two of the individuals brandished a knife and firearm.
At the time of the crime, a 37-year-old man was inside the home. The hooded and masked individuals then forcibly removed a cellphone and money before stabbing the victim in the leg. Following home invasion, all four assailants fled the scene by vehicle to an unknown location.
EMS rushed the victim to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn for medical treatment, where he recovered.
Police did not release any additional details about the suspects or their getaway car.
