STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A crash on the Staten Island Expressway caused a brief standstill for motorists Saturday night.
Delays on the New Jersey-bound side of the expressway extended between the Clove Road and Todt Hill Road exits.
An NYPD vehicle could be seen on the shoulder between the two exits.
