“Confessions of a Cam Girl” set to premiere Saturday, Jan. 27 at 8 p.m./7 p.m. CT on Lifetime, will center around 18 year-old Kristen, a fashionista who creates an explicit content page in order to pay for school.
According to the Lifetime website — and inspired by real stories — an excited Kristen (Megan Best, “Dawn)” has set her sights on becoming the first in her family to graduate college.
But her working-class parents become furious when she reveals a plan to attend fashion school instead of college. And they in turn refuse to use her college fund for her “farfetched dream.”
Determined to pay for college herself, Kristen secretly creates an online explicit content page in order to raise $10,000 for her dream program.
Super confident that she can keep her side hustle a secret and under wraps, Kristen’s secret unravels and threatens not only her future, but the safety of her family as well.
