The Republican Party, under crime boss Donald Trump, has become an unmitigated embarrassment. Their absolute servitude and cult-like behavior towards this racist sociopath is pathetic.
I truly believe they are beyond the point of no return. Any type of intervention and/or deprogramming would be futile at this point.
Personally, I have a huge problem with a candidate for public office who attempted to overthrow our government after a free and fair election. Those of us who cherish Democracy need to step up and crush those candidates at the ballot box who support white supremacy, fascism, theocracy or any other effort to destroy what my father and many other veterans fought for in WWII when they ultimately vanquished the autocrats and dictators of their day.
Trump and his contemptible MAGA sycophants need to grow up and stop the contrived grievances encouraged by an obsequious right-wing media.
