The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Canandaigua man who’s now being held on $10,000 bail after violating a court order.
Jonathan Ronald Clark, 34, of Canandaigua was charged with sex counts of second-degree criminal contempt.
According to deputies, he called a protected party in an active court order multiple times while incarcerated at the county jail.
The incidents occurred in late-December, investigators said.
He was arraigned and bail was set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
Clark was arrested earlier in the week, too.
