A wayward sheep managed to materialize out of thin air somehow to make her way through the streets of Brooklyn on Saturday, the New York Daily News is reporting.
Police responded to a 911 call in Sunset Park around 1 p.m. near 39th Street and Seventh Avenue, the report said.
Nobody has yet to come forward to collect the lost lamb and the animal reportedly has no identifying markings, the report said.
The sheep was transferred to Animal Care and Control who later transferred it to a animal sanctuary in New Jersey, the report said.
“Not baaaaad for a group of cops with no experience shepherding a sheep,” the NYPD post on X, formerly known as Twitter.
