Worst places to see 2024 solar eclipse? Two spots in Upstate NY could be cloudiest

Of the 61 official weather measuring sites in the eclipse’s U.S. path, which spans from southwestern Texas to northern Maine, no place is more likely to have clouds covering the sky than Syracuse.
