Ambros did so up until sometime in November when she quit. On December 19 both the dog and parrot were found deceased inside the residence in a decomposing state. Police said both appeared to have starved to death.
Both animals had been buried in the backyard of the residence but have been exhumed and transported to the Cornell Animal Diagnostic Lab for necropsies.ย
On February 2 Ambros was charged with Cruelty to an Animal (misdemeanor) and Failure to Provide Food and Water to an Impounded Animal (misdemeanor). She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Canandaigua
