Police are investigating the mysterious death of a 38-year-old woman at a luxury SoHo hotel on Thursday morning.
Officers from the 1st Precinct found the woman inside a room at the Soho 54, located at 54 Watts St., at about 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 8.
Responding EMS units pronounced her dead at the scene. Her body was transferred to the Medical Examiner’s office for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
At this time, police have withheld her identity, pending family notification. The NYPD did not immediately provide information about whether the victim suffered any body trauma.
No arrests have been made in the ongoing investigation, law enforcement sources said.
