Anyone angling to get immersed in the sport of fishing is invited to attend the ninth annual Greater Niagara Fishing Expo this weekend in the Niagara Falls Convention Center.
The four-day event, the largest show of its kind in New York State, opens Thursday, continues through Sunday, and will feature more than 170 booths of fishing-related exhibits.
From novices looking to learn the basics to seasoned fishers seeking the latest techniques and gear, the massive show will offer a variety of lessons and demonstrations for beginners, as well as seminars led by expert anglers.
Admission for a single day is $10. To attend for more than one day, a $25 ticket is available. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
