Deputies say a Rochester man was arrested on felony charges after a domestic incident in Wayne County.
Benjamin Laplante, 41, was arrested for first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated harassment.
It’s alleged that Laplante violated an active court order. He was arrested after a warrant was issued, deputies said.
Details of the incident that led to the charges were not released.
He will answer the charges at a later date in Sodus Town Court.
