Feds catch man selling fentanyl-heroin mixture in Salina during staged buy, investigators say

Salina, N.Y. — A man was caught selling a fentanyl-heroin mixture from a Salina home Thursday after federal agents used a confidential informant to stage the drug sale, investigators said in court documents.

The mixture weighed about 15 grams (about half an ounce) and was packaged in 15 “bricks,” investigators said.

Diquan Hall, 26, was charged with possession of controlled substances with intent to distribute.
