STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old girl who has been reported missing.
Destiny Diaz, who lives in the vicinity of McVeigh Avenue and Evans Street in New Springville, was last seen entering Susan Wagner High School in Sea View at around 7:55 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15, according to a statement from the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.
The girl is 5-feet, 3-inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds, police said, and she was last seen wearing a gray coat, black pants and black slippers.
The NYPD supplied a photo of the missing girl to the media.
