The Buffalo Sabres bounced back on Saturday night, picking up a 3-2 overtime victory over the Minnesota Wild.
Buffalo (24-26-4) trailed 2-1 with under a minute left in regulation before Dylan Cozens tied the game with the goalie pulled at 19:23. Then, Henri Jokiharju netted the game-winner in overtime at 1:29 to give the Sabres the come-from-behind win.
Casey Mittelstadt also found the back of the net, while Tage Thompson tallied a pair of assists. Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen returned from a one-game absence and made 30 saves.
Buffalo went 0-for-3 on the power play and 3-for-4 on the penalty kill.
