Police arrested a Canandaigua man following a disturbance on South Main Street.
Jason Donahue, 43, was arrested after throwing a debit card at a person – and striking them in the eye.
The victim was a protected party of an active court order. He was charged with contempt.
Donahue was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges at a later date.
