Syracuse, N.Y. — The No. 17 Syracuse women’s basketball team fell 58-45 to Duke in the JMA Wireless Dome as the Blue Devils stumped any sort of Orange offense.
Duke wasted no time in setting the tone on defense. The visitors were playing a full-court press two minutes into the game and pressured ball-handlers in the half-court to eliminate Syracuse guards Dyaisha Fair and Georgia Woolley.
