Tully, N.Y. — A LaFayette man missing for three weeks was found dead Monday in a wooded area in Tully, deputies said.
The man — Victor “Devon” Scott, 24 — was found by detectives in the woods near Hawthorne Hill Road in the town of Tully, according to Thomas Newton, a spokesperson for the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.
